Finals are over and with them my hardest semester ever. I'm looking forward to checking my grades this coming week because I'm anticipating good marks for a change. To celebrate the end, we went out as an apartment last night with Karen for the first time since my birthday. It's a shame that Eric and Peter most likely wont be rooming with us next year.


As for the date two weeks ago, it went extremely well. We spent time together every day since then either hanging out with her friends, slowly becoming mine too, or studying for finals. The timing is a bit odd, right at the end of the semester before heading home for the summer, but I think things will work. We had lunch before she headed back to Iowa yesterday, and she heads to Orlando after memorial day to work for the summer. The internet and cells will keep us in touch and I'm going to visit fourth of July weekend. I'm looking forward to it.

In other travel news, my dad and I are going to Northern California for a week to cruise along the coast and visit the wineries. Somewhere in the next three weeks I'm going to try and hang out with all of you before I have to come back to Urbana for summer semester.
