On request from my mom i'm doing a little post tonight, and will take care of some things for the past week in more detail tomorrow. This week was rather uneventful for the most part. Had class in the morning, and always found something to eat the entire afternoon before I realized it. Wednesday I went into Frankfurt with the other exchange students to take a short tour. For the most part it is a rather boring unimpressive Chicago/New York/L.A. even though it's one of the largest European cities. One of the amazing things about European cities is the plentifulness of sex shops on the main streets with pictures and goods in the windows. I can't imagine it being good for the european youth. And with that comment I know feel like I've turned into my friend James, 17, because conversations with him tend to go between sex and steak frequently, and as we know I like talking about food. Anyways, James finally found a place to stay in the dorms Friday afternoon and then cooked us all dinner since we've been feeding and housing him on and off lately.

Yesterday I woke up to a wonderful soar throught as is always destined to happen when you have a good weathered enjoyable weekend ahead of you. I went on a retreat to a youth camp next to the middle of nowhere with 89 other erasmus students. We had the pleasure of walking a little over 3 miles to get to the place at the top of a small mountain, which would later turn out ideal for all the noise we made. The afternoon consided of a variety of team effort games to help everyone get to know each other. Throughout the day most people drank with the exception of a few non-drinkers and sick me. We had a hugh party last night with everyone crammed in one room with a sound system and dj. Everyone was having a blast including me for the two hours or so that I attended. I sadly left around 12, and heard today as expected that the party real occured between 12-3. Seeing what people were up to by 12 after what they had had to drink, I can believe it. It would have nice not to have been sick, but not much I can do about that though a Finnish girl that I know gave me some Finnish cough drops that are absolutely amazing. For about an hour you actually think you're cured. And now that I'm utterly exhausted at 8:20 i'm going to bed.
