The normal group came over for dinner, and everyone helped prepare a wonderful 4 course meal: pasta with a tomato sauce with fresh tomatoes and onions; a salad with romaine lettuce, cucumbers, red peppers, and mushrooms; a fruit salad with bananas, oranges, and pinapple; and vanilla/ chocalate swirl ice cream. And our parents think we don't eat healthy at college.
As for the party, no one came over from the other party, but no big loss. We watch an amazing Danish film in english called Dogville made in 2003 that I highly recommend to anyone that likes independant films. This is a definate must see for the normal movie night group especially Groto and Knox. You might be able to find it in a video store, but I doubt it. If you see me online and have interest i'll stream it to you, but it'll take a while, it's 1.4 GB.

Went swimming again today, and loving the feeling of working out again. While writing a dorm recommendation for UIUC to someone I discovered some UIUC news that the students can be proud of. 2 of our professors have been awarded 2 different Nobel Prizes and another will recieve the National Medal of Technology(highest honor in the U.S. handed out by the President).

Nick Holonyak wins National Medal of Technology
Anthony Leggett wins 2003 Nobel in physics
Paul Lauterbur wins 2003 Nobel in physiology or medicine

Visit http://www.uiuc.edu/ to find more information about their work by clicking the links at the top of the site.

In other news Chris and Sheena let me join them for the lunch they were cooking. I'm really liking this taking turns thing. Everyone is so well fed this way.
