The Time has Come

After several repacks to adjust for cooler than expected weather and changing my mind I'm all ready to go. After posting I'll pack my computer and will be on my way to the airport. I've managed to stay relatively calm and unexcited, but the anxiousness has been building today. Even as I write this I can feel that slight tingle. I think the biggest concern will be preparing my language skills in the next week to pass as an intermediate level speaker before starting language class September 7th. A couple of hours at O'hare, a 7 hour flight to England, 2 more hours in London than an hour to Milan, followed by an hour bus ride to Turin should provide more than enough boring time to study.

This may be the last post for a while. I do not know if my hotel for the first two nights has internet, and I now the apartment doesn't. I'll need to try and find a internet cafe somewhere. The university also has wireless, but I can't get on until I get one of their email addresses, and that may not be till orientation on September 7th. We'll see what happens.

It's that time now. Catch you on the other side.
