Thanksgiving

Today was as long as I remembered it would be from when I cooked Thanksgiving dinner in Germany. I was up at 7am to start getting everything ready and going. Most of the day was spent running between apartments where I was using ovens. The effort paid off. I managed to serve a perfectly golden and juicy turkey with numerous sides and desert for 20 people. Not bad for 20+ hours of work since Wednesday.
